A Taste of Ramen

Who said Ramen's only for poor college students? Here's a delish salad I made for the Super Bowl Party! It's great served hot or cold!

Asian Chicken Ramen Salad Recipe

Mix the following in a skillet on the stove and cook for about 20 min:
-1 bottle of terayki sauce
-1/2 cup of canola oil
-16 oz. cole slaw
-1/4 c. sugar (or less. I think I used closer to 1/8 this time)
-4 packages of crushed up Ramen noodles (don't use the seasoning)

Cover for about 10 min. on low or until noodles are not crunchy anymore.
Mix in another skillet and brown:
-2 cups of cooked diced chicken (i used 2 bags of Tyson's precooked chicken strips cut up)
-1/2 bag of slivered almonds
-3 T of butter

Mix everything from both pans and mix in one bunch of diced green onions! Chill and enjoy :) It's also good served hot! I promise it's better than it looks!
